What's the difference between Kane 11 and others?

Kane 11 Socks are designed to fit precisely in your size and should be ordered based on your shoe size. If you wear a size 10 shoe size you should wear a size 10 sock. Kane 11 Socks utilize a proprietary blend of the highest quality raw materials to ensure our socks are the most comfortable pair of socks you’ll own. Whether its 18 holes or 8 hours on the clock: Dress your age, not your shoe size.

How do I size?

Kane 11 Socks recommends that you determine your Kane 11 sock size based on your shoe size. We know that sometimes you wear a different size shoe depending on the brand or style. If this is the case, size to the smallest shoe size that you wear. If you are between sizes or have wide feet, size up to ensure the most accurate fit.

Where are the socks made?

Kane 11 Socks are manufactured in the United States with both domestic and imported raw materials.

What are the socks made of?

Kane 11 socks are made from the highest quality yarns available. KANE 11 socks are produced to the highest environmental standards. We use more natural yarns in our socks than most other manufacturer because of our unique sizing system. Please refer to product details on the specific sock for the exact yarns used.

Shipping

Shipments

Kane 11 ships to all US states, APOs and territories. Orders placed by 11:00am EST(M-F) will be shipped the same business day. Kane 11 Socks does not accept international orders. Kane 11 Socks reserves the right to select and utilize the carrier or service to ship and deliver packages. Orders shipped to a PO Box must be shipped using economy service or a service where USPS delivers the package to its final destination. Other private carriers and services cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Depending on the shipping service and location, domestic shipments can take up to 7 business days for delivery. Kane 11 Socks does not guarantee arrival dates or times. Kane Socks Company does not refund, credit, or upgrade shipping for any reason. Allow additional time for deliveries to destinations outside the contiguous U.S.

I want to track my order.

Once an order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link. You can use this link to find out where your order is and when your order will be delivered. If you cannot find the email, you can also log into your account to view or track your order under the My Orders tab.

Do you ship to a P.O. Box?

Yes. We only offer one shipping method which delivers to P.O. Boxes, please select the Standard shipping method during checkout. If shipping to a P.O. Box do not use the Expedited or Express methods, these methods do not deliver to a P.O. Box.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Any order placed before 11:00am EST (M-F) will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the aforementioned time on Fridays or on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Thursday with two-day shipping will be delivered on Monday.

*Business day constitutes a weekday and does not include weekends or holidays. Two day shipments on Thursday will be delivered on Monday. Overnight orders shipped on Friday will be delivered Monday.

Do we sell in stores?

No, Kane11 Socks are available online through kane11.com.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Kane 11 Promise

Kane11 socks is changing the way you wear and buy socks forever, the Kane11 promise is to deliver a sock that fits your foot size perfectly. Our return and exchange policy, just like our business is centric around the fit. If our sock does not fit to your satisfaction, please feel free to return it for a refund or exchange it for a size higher or lower.

Unfortunately, we will not accept exchanges for a different color or style in the same size after you have worn the sock.

Returns

Return your worn or unworn socks, along with your packing slip to the address below within 45 days of purchase. No RA is required. It can take up to two weeks for a refund to be issued. Initial shipping is nonrefundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of purchase; it can take up to two weeks for a refund to be issued. Initial shipping is nonrefundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange

Return your socks, along with your packing slip to the address below within 45 days of purchase. List the items you are returning and the new items you would like in exchange in the below chart. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. No RA is required.

Unfortunately, we will not accept exchanges for a different color or style after you have worn the sock. If you would like a new style, please return your items for a refund and place a new order for the new style.

Defects

Please contact our Customer Service team, we will happily replace your defective product. We will replace any items that have been deemed defective, as opposed to wear and tear, within 45 days of purchase.

Laylo Double Money Back Guarantee

If our Laylo (no Show) socks don’t stay up on your feet we will give you double your money back. For Kane 11 to process this guarantee we will need to review a clear video, Videos must be submitted to info@kane11.com for review. Videos must clearly show the Kane 11 sock being put on, walking around briefly, the shoes being taken off carefully and that the socks have slid down. The size of your shoe must be shown and match the size of the socks ordered. If eligible for the “double your money back guarantee” a refund for the cost of the Laylo will be issued back to the original form of purchase and a check will be mailed for the additional refund to the shipping address provided at checkout. The check can take up to two weeks to be mailed. Limit one guarantee per customer or household on the first order containing Laylos. Guarantee limit to 8 Laylo pairs.

Cancellations and Changes

Once an order has been placed changes cannot be made. Please reference the return instructions on the packing slip to return the items for a full refund.

I received the wrong items, what should I do?

If your package contained items that are not listed on the packing slip please contact our Customer Service team, we will be able to resolve this issue for you immediately.

How do I change my account information?

To update your account information, including address and payment information, sign in to your account and click on the Account Settings tab. Here, you can edit your address, payment, email address, and other information.

Product Care

For best results while washing turn the sock inside out. Machine wash warm. Tumble drying low. Do not use bleach.
