How do I return a gift?

Please visit our returns page, Beneath the fields to enter your email and zip code, click “Returning Gift?” and follow the instructions in the new window.

How do I process an exchange for a different size?

We offer immediate exchanges where we will send you your new size before you return your current items. Please click the following link,, and log in using your order number and shipping zip code. Select the products you would like to return then the cause for return, in the next window click “Exchange” then select the color and new size you would like sent to you. Once you have done this process for all the desired items click “COMPLETE RETURN” on the bottom of the page and continue to confirm the new order.

A prepaid return label will be sent to your email and you can return your original items by the USPS.

How do I process an exchange for a new product?

We offer an immediate exchange credit (Instant Refund) which will be issued after you have completed the online form on, please note you will have to select a Refund for the products you are sending back. This code, with the credit equaling the amount paid for items you wish to exchange, will be emailed to you which you can use towards a new order for a new style when checking out on our website,, simply enter the code in the coupon field to redeem the credit.

How do I use my Instant Refund (exchange credit)?

Once you have completed your return through You will be emailed a code with a dollar value assigned to it based on your returned items. Enter this code in the coupon field in checkout to redeem the credit.

How long does the Instant Refund credit last?

The credit will be valid until the products are returned back to our fulfillment center. Once returned a refund for the unused credit will be refunded back to your original form of payment.

What if the exchange order is less than my exchange credit?

Once your items have been returned to our returns center, you will receive a refund for the remaining unused balance left on the credit.

What if the exchange order is more than my exchange credit?

Enter your Instant Refund code to apply the credit to your order. If there is a remaining balance, pay the balance by credit card on the final page of the checkout process.

Laylo Double Money Back Guarantee

If our Laylo (no Show) socks don’t stay up on your feet we will give you double your money back. For Kane 11 to process this guarantee we will need to review a clear video, Videos must be submitted to for review. Videos must clearly show the Kane 11 sock being put on, walking around briefly, the shoes being taken off carefully and that the socks have slid down. The size of your shoe must be shown and match the size of the socks ordered. If eligible for the “double your money back guarantee” a refund for the cost of the Laylo will be issued back to the original form of purchase and a check will be mailed for the additional refund to the shipping address provided at checkout. The check can take up to two weeks to be mailed. Limit one guarantee per customer or household on the first order containing Laylos. Guarantee limit to 8 Laylo pairs.

Cancellations and Changes

Once an order has been placed changes cannot be made. Please reference the return instructions on the packing slip to return the items for a full refund.

I received the wrong items, what should I do?

If your package contained items that are not listed on the packing slip please contact our Customer Service team, we will be able to resolve this issue for you immediately.
